This peaceful village will be your base for the start of the trek, where you'll spend the night acclimatizing and preparing for the days ahead.
After a hearty breakfast, begin your trek from Sankri to Juda Ka Talab. The journey takes you through lush green forests, with towering pine trees and meadows filled with wildflowers. Along the way, cross gentle streams, and catch your first glimpse of snow-capped peaks in the distance. The trek is relatively moderate, providing plenty of time to enjoy the natural beauty surrounding you. Upon reaching Juda Ka Talab, rest by the serene lake, enveloped by breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere.
Today, you will trek from Juda Ka Talab to the Base Camp. The trail becomes a bit more challenging as you ascend towards the base of the mighty Kedarkantha peak. The terrain offers a mix of forested paths and open meadows with panoramic views of the snow-covered landscape. As you get higher, the air becomes thinner, but the reward is worth it. The views of surrounding peaks and valleys become more magnificent with each step. At Base Camp, you will have the chance to relax and absorb the stunning Himalayan vistas that surround you, knowing that the summit is just a short trek away.
