Trek Itinerary
Start early from Rishikesh. Drive to Sari village (approx. 230 km, 8-9 hours drive), The drive takes you through winding mountain roads, offering glimpses of the Ganges River and small towns of Uttarakhand.
Overnight stay in Sari village.
Start the trek from Sari to Deoriatal the last part of the trek opens up to a magnificent view of Deoriatal Lake, which sits like a mirror reflecting the mighty peaks of the Kedarnath range.
Descend from Deoriatal to Tala Village, passing through the lush meadows of Rohini Bugyal. From there, drive onward to the quiet hamlet of Baniyakund, embracing the calm wilderness.
Trek to the ancient temple and then ascend to Chandrashila peak for panoramic Himalayan views before returning back to Chopta.
Conclude your expedition with a scenic drive back to Rishikesh, carrying memories of the beautiful mountains and forests etched deep within your soul.
